Social media policy
The following stipulates the attitudes and actions to be observed in the operation of TBM's official social media accounts and in the participation of TBM members in social media.
1. What is social media?
Social media are media that allow an unspecified number of users to communicate based on individual transmissions using the Internet and web technology.
2. Basic policy
When using social media, TBM members will comply with laws and regulations and the TBM Corporate Philosophy System (TBM Compass), and each individual will use social media with the responsibility of embodying the TBM Corporate Philosophy System and being a part of shaping the TBM brand.

Furthermore, TBM not only pursues the realization of its corporate philosophy and the securing of economic activity, but also actively acts as a member of the local community toward building a sustainable society. The Code of Conduct sets out the basic rules of conduct that all members must adhere to in order to realize these actions.

3.Understanding and mindset of social media characteristics
We understand that information sent to the Internet can be accessed by an unspecified number of users, that information once sent cannot be completely deleted, and that individual postings can be an evaluation of our company, and listen carefully to what others say. Always be aware of your attitude and act responsibly.
TBM members are required to understand the social media policy, not only to those in charge of managing official accounts, but also to all employees participating in social media, and to engage in dialogue on social media in a moderate manner.

Information posted on social media by our members who operate official accounts does not necessarily represent our official announcements or views.
