TV Tokyo BIZ broadcasts "CEO Audition - NEXT Unicorn"

TBM Co., Ltd., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Atsuyoshi Nobuyoshi; hereinafter referred to as TBM) is collaborating with the Japan CEO Association (Head office: Kyoto City; CEO: Chiho Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as Japan CEO Association) to hold the "CEO Audition - NEXT Unicorn -" in an audition format to recruit "CEOs aiming to become unicorn companies" for those who are about to start a business, those who have already started a business, and those who are considering a new business (including representatives of companies and teams). This project is co-hosted with Team Energy Co., Ltd. (Head office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; CEO: Tadashi Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as Team Energy), which manages a group of 30 companies and has experience in listing, and the Japan Venture Business Support Organization (Head office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; CEO: Yusuke Yamanaka).

■ About the CEO Audition

The CEO Audition is an audition to produce CEOs, with the concept that "anyone can become a CEO." This project focuses on discovering and producing the personality and behavioral characteristics of the individual CEO through the audition, rather than on the CEO's experience or business plan. In the first CEO Audition held in 2022, approximately 700 people from all over the country applied to become CEOs.

■ About CEO Audition – Next Unicorn –

Successful candidates of the "CEO Audition - Next Unicorn" will receive support from TBM and Team Energy for starting and growing their business, as well as various environments and support necessary for business activities, such as commercialization within the group, business alliances, and mentoring, according to the needs of the successful candidates. The judges include President Yamazaki, founder and manager of unicorn company TBM, President Nakamura, founder of Team Energy, and others, and will discover challengers who aspire to become unicorn companies and seriously engage in the creation of unicorn companies. The only conditions for participation are will and passion, with no restrictions on age, experience, or business plan. The target audience is those who have the will and passion to tackle global issues and the vision of becoming a unicorn company in the future.
