Raising funds through FUNDINNO PLUS+

TBM has raised funds through FUNDINNO PLUS+, a service provided by FUNDINNO Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Yuki Shibahara and Manabu Oura), which enables direct investment from specified investors.*1 This is the first case in Japan of fundraising through stocks using the specified investor securities system (J-Ships).

Fundino Plus is a platform service that allows companies to raise large amounts of capital and allows investors to invest in high-quality unlisted companies. This fundraising is a new system that allows for large-scale fundraising targeted at specified investors, and by utilizing this innovative system, the company was able to receive support from specified investors and raise large amounts of capital to expand its business.
