(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and CEO: Kenji Yoshioka, hereinafter referred to as Shibuya Blend Green Energy), which promotes business and SX (sustainable transformation) production business, has participated. Through this partnership, Shibuya Blend Green Energy's SX consulting business will be able to provide support for the creation of carbon credits from environmental conservation projects such as agriculture, forests, and marine plastics.

■ Background and purpose of starting collaborative services

Due to the market reorganization of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) on April 4, 2022, companies listed on the newly established "Prime Market" will be required to provide risk information due to climate change in line with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). In addition to effectively requiring disclosure of environmental data, companies are also required to disclose environmental data, including for the "standard market" and "growth market."

TBM will start providing "ScopeX", a cloud service that calculates greenhouse gas emissions generated from a series of business activities such as raw material procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and disposal, from 2022. This service has been adopted by a variety of industries, including real estate-related businesses. As the number of users of our service increases, we receive many requests for advice regarding the creation of carbon credits, so we have concluded a partnership agreement with Shibuya Blend Green Energy, which promotes the carbon credit exchange business and SX production business.
