・Tokuro Hatori (Executive Officer CSuO and General Manager of Sustainability Department)

I've been working in the heart of sustainability since I graduated, and I've been questioning my role in this huge and complex issue. As one of the "TBM Pledge 2030," we have set a goal of "circulating 1 million tons of LIMEX and plastic in 50 countries by 2030." The world's plastic consumption of 460 million tons per year may be a hot stone. Still, it's a big challenge for us. The will and actions of each individual will change society. I believe so. Keep walking in the direction the compass points. During my five years as a member of TBM, I have seen many times how this strong conviction moves people around me. I wanted to be like that myself, so I accepted the position of Chief Sustainability Officer. “Making sustainability a reality” is my mission.

・Hironari Sakai (Executive Officer and General Manager of Business Management Department)

As a manufacturing venture, TBM is attracting attention both in Japan and overseas. We will continue to maintain an uncompromising stance in order to fully meet the expectations of many people around the world. We will continue to further strengthen our strengths in Japanese technology and manufacturing systems together with our diverse partners and customers, and spread great excitement around the world through the products and services that are born from them.

・Shinya Naganogawa (Executive Officer and General Manager of Shiroishi Factory)

It is a great honor for me to assume the position of executive officer overseeing the Shiroishi and Tagajo factories, which are our domestic production bases. Nine years ago, I joined TBM with the desire to leave a rich natural environment for our children. Always seeking new challenges, we started up Shiroishi factory from nothing and have been working with passion to give shape to LIMEX products. The global spread and expansion of LIMEX is an important factor in realizing a sustainable society and a bright future. We will make full use of the technology and creativity of the Shiroishi and Tagajo factories to provide the highest quality LIMEX to our customers, and we will also focus our efforts on overseas expansion of our technology platform to build TBM's growth and success.
