Career

After joining Dentsu Inc., he was a member of the Future Creation Group, a creative unit for management and business transformation. Tokuro Hatori

Career

Ever since he was a student at Keio University, he has been interested in the connection between the natural environment and people's lives, and has studied environmental law and development law. He majored in environmental management at the University of Queensland (Australia), where he studied abroad. After graduation, engaged in sustainability consulting at PwC Japan. We support the development of sustainability promotion systems for clients in a wide range of industries, mainly in the areas of ESG investment and sustainable supply chains. In 2018, he joined TBM as the first sustainability specialist. We will work on setting targets for 2030, product life cycle assessment, conversion to renewable energy, and information disclosure to ESG evaluation organizations such as CDP. Hironari Sakai

Career

In graduate school, he engaged in research activities related to inorganic/organic composite materials, and after graduating, joined Mitsubishi Research Institute. Shinya Naganogawa

Career

Born in Heilongjiang, China. Lived in Miyagi Prefecture since the age of 15. After working at a metal processing manufacturer, he joined TBM in 2014 with the desire to leave a rich natural environment for children. As a start-up member of the Shiroishi Factory, the first factory in Japan, I was involved in literally starting from scratch, from the maintenance of the factory site overgrown with grass to the introduction of equipment and test production. A person who knows more than anyone the difficult path to the current stable production. In 2022, he will become the general manager of the Shiroishi Factory, and in 2023, he will become an executive officer. His motto is "maintaining the status quo is the greatest risk".
