After working at a metal processing manufacturer, he joined TBM in 2014 with the desire to leave a rich natural environment for children. As a start-up member of the Shiroishi Factory, the first factory in Japan, I was involved in literally starting from scratch, from the maintenance of the factory site overgrown with grass to the introduction of equipment and test production.
