Your role

As a Business Development partner, you will be responsible for leading the market development of LIMEX* and Recycled Pellet. Although this is initially a contractor role, we are looking for a candidate who can grow into the role of the Country Representative.

*LIMEX is a material made mainly from limestone that can be an alternative to plastic and paper.

How you'll support TBM's success

- New business development for local plastic molding companies that mold LIMEX Pellet into LIMEX products

- New business development for brand owners who use LIMEX for their products

- Follow-up with existing customers in your country that ensures client happiness, de-risks renewals, increases referrals and improves margin

- Conduct research on the local plastic industry, and construct hypotheses to build a marketing strategy

Required skills/experience

Must have

- Previous working experience in the plastic manufacturing industry, with 7+years

- Previous working experience in business development, with 7+years

- Connections to either below;

   > Plastic molding companies (Blown film, Injection, Thermoforming, Blow, etc.)

   > Brand owners who use plastic products (FMCG, Cosmetic industry, Toy industry, etc.)

   > Distributors who handle resins as their main lineup

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
