TBM and SK Group agree on a US$123M capital and business alliance to accelerate global expansion of LIMEX

SK Japan Investment Inc. invested US$123M in TBM, and TBM signed an agreement with SKC, a major chemical material company of the SK Group, to establish a joint venture company to develop, manufacture, and sell biodegradable LIMEX using SKC’s PBAT.

Limex Mongolia LLC and the National Development Agency of Mongolia signed a basic agreement to expand LIMEX

TBM has concluded a basic agreement with Limex Mongolia LLC and the National Development Agency of Mongolia for the development of LIMEX business in Mongolia, where water resources are scarce.

Based on this basic agreement, TBM will proceed with a feasibility study of the LIMEX business in Mongolia.

TBM Concludes Agreement with Yuzi, ITOCHU and XinJin Ltd. for LIMEX business in Henan Province, China

TBM has entered into a basic agreement with Zhongyuan Yuzi Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. a provincial fund in Henan Province and a leading social investment company, ITOCHU Corporation, and Xinjin, a cross-border investment platform established by China CITIC Group.

Based on this basic agreement, we will proceed with a feasibility study of the LIMEX business in Henan Province, and will consider the establishment of a LIMEX manufacturing plant in Henan Province, with a vision to expanding the business throughout China.
