Career
After joining Dentsu Inc., I belonged to the Creative Unit for Management and Business Transformation, the Future Creation Group.
Engaged in consulting work including new business development and organizational transformation support. Received the MVP award in Dentsu's solutions division. Joined TBM Co., Ltd., Ltd. in 2016. Currently engaged in policy liaison in collaboration with government agencies and local authorities.
He is in charge of brand strategy, marketing, public relations, creative, and human resources. In addition, he is a director of the group company Bioworks Inc., a Tokyo Metropolitan Government Startup Fellow, and the Resource Resource Recycling Council creates material circulation markets.

Career
Since my time at Keio University, I have been interested in the intersection of the natural environment and people's lives, and I have studied environmental law and development law.
At the University of Queensland (Australia), where I studied abroad, I majored in Environmental Management.
After graduation, I worked in sustainability consulting at PwC Japan.
We support clients across a wide range of industries in developing sustainability promotion systems, primarily in the areas of ESG investing and sustainable supply chains.
In 2018, she joined TBM as its first dedicated sustainability specialist. Her work includes setting targets for 2030, conducting product life cycle assessments, transitioning to renewable energy, and disclosing information to ESG rating agencies such as CDP.

After joining Accenture Japan Ltd.'s Strategy Group in 2008, I gained experience in a wide range of projects for manufacturing clients, including mid-term planning, new market entry strategy development, sales reform, and digital transformation.
In 2017, I joined TBM Co., Ltd., where I was involved in overseas expansion and application development. In 2018, I was involved in the group formation of Bioworks Co., Ltd. and was appointed to the board of directors.

Career
I engaged in research activities on inorganic/organic composite materials during graduate school, and joined Mitsubishi Research Institute after graduation.
As a consultant, I was involved in formulating marketing strategies for telecommunications carriers and supporting the planning and execution of new businesses centered on clients' intellectual property.
Joined TBM in 2016. He spearheaded the construction of the Tagajo Plant as project manager, and contributed to the establishment of production management systems, including production planning processes, and quality assurance systems at the company's own factories.
Since 2022, as the head of the Management Planning Department, he has been promoting the establishment of business management systems, the optimization of manufacturing processes, and intellectual property strategies. He was appointed as an executive officer in 2023.

Career
Originally from Heilongjiang Province, China, she has lived in Miyagi Prefecture since she was 15 years old. After working for a metal processing manufacturer, she joined TBM in 2014 with the desire to "leave a rich natural environment for children."
As a founding member of the Shiroishi Plant, our first factory in Japan, I was involved in everything from preparing the overgrown factory grounds to installing equipment and conducting test production—literally starting from scratch.
He is the person who knows better than anyone the arduous journey to achieving stable production today. He became the plant manager of Shiroishi Plant in 2022 and an executive officer in 2023. His motto is "Maintaining the status quo is the greatest risk."

Career
