TBM's envisioned growth scenario
Accelerating the transition to green through CCU and high-performance recycled material
Since its founding, TBM has been working to promote the new material LIMEX and develop material circulation businesses.
Currently, amidst a rapidly changing market environment, we are focusing on two core areas: "CCU" and "high-performance recycled material." We are updating our business scenarios toward realizing a sustainable society and accelerating their social implementation.

It started with LIMEX's TBM,
Aiming to build infrastructure for carbon and material circulation.
TBM's history and current position
TBM's business began with the social implementation of "LIMEX," an environmentally friendly material that uses calcium carbonate (limestone) as one of its raw materials. Through the operation of large-scale recycling facilities such as Yokosuka circular factory in Japan, the company has transformed from a materials manufacturer into a company that "plays a leading role in the world's carbon and material circulation infrastructure." Currently, the company is concentrating its management resources on its top priorities: "CCU business" and "high-performance recycled material business," by bringing together its accumulated technology and network.
[Focus Business ①]
CCU Business: Future Infrastructure that Transforms CO₂ into a Resource
The first pillar driving TBM's future is CCU business. Going beyond the conventional "Decarbonization by reducing emissions," we are advancing the development and social implementation of technologies that capture emitted CO₂ and recycle it into new materials. We aim to grow as a leader in pioneering the market in the sustainability sector by being deeply involved in the establishment of international environmental rules.

High-performance recycled material business: Horizontal deployment of material circulation infrastructure to countries around the world.
The second pillar supporting TBM's future is its business of transforming used plastic waste into high-performance materials (such as CirculeX). In the future, in addition to mass production at Yokosuka circular factory, we will build a supply chain to produce and distribute high-performance recycled material, including a fabless model, and expand it globally. We will accelerate our material circulation business, connecting collection, recycling, and remanufacturing.

Approaching a massive growth market
Leading the transition to green
TBM will contribute to the green transition of society as a whole through tangible businesses (CCU and high-performance recycled material) in order to capture a rapidly growing and enormous market. Furthermore, by utilizing domestically available resources and promoting material circulation, we will contribute to strengthening supply chains and ensuring economic security. We will respond quickly to changes in the market environment and continue our sustainable endeavors with technology and practical business skills.

LIMEX
- Plastic alternative materials
- The aim is to reduce dependence on petroleum imports by utilizing domestically sourced limestone (calcium carbonate) as a raw material.
- Compared with conventional products using LCA, the amount of CO₂ reduction was reduced.
Material Circulation Business
- The need for material circulation is increasing due to stricter regulations on plastics both domestically and internationally.
- We operate a large-scale mechanical recycling facility for used plastics in Yokosuka.

CCU business
High-performance recycled material business
- Developing innovative materials and products such as green building materials and high-performance recycled material using CO₂ and waste plastics as raw materials.
- We are currently working on a plant project overseas to produce CCU raw materials.
