Production system

TBM, which is expanding globally to 12 countries around the world, including Asia, has built a robust supply chain for environmentally friendly materials through its two domestic factories (Tagajo and Yokosuka) that it operates as its own manufacturing and recycling bases, and a fabless production system built with more than 750 supplier partners worldwide that cover everything from compounding to molding.

Our own factories and fabless network.
A robust global supply chain that enables social implementation on a global scale.

TBM has built a unique production model that integrates its own factories with a fabless network both domestically and internationally, in order to stably supply environmentally friendly materials and products to the world.
By establishing technologies at two domestic locations, mass-producing materials and products, and then securely deploying those technologies to partners around the world, we are building a global supply chain that can quickly respond to changes in demand.
This model enables a stable supply of materials and products while minimizing CO₂ emissions and costs associated with transportation by manufacturing near the point of consumption.

Environmental management systems that support production

TBM has established an environmental management system (EMS) based on its environmental policy and is committed to continuously improving its environmental performance through the PDCA cycle. By measuring and managing the environmental impact associated with production activities, TBM is promoting the reduction of its environmental impact throughout its business operations.

Environmental Management System (EMS)

Our four company-operated locations (Tokyo Head Office, Technology Center, Tohoku LIMEX Plant, and Yokosuka circular factory) have been confirmed by a certification body to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001. We implement systematic environmental management in all aspects of production, research and development, and our offices.

A circular value chain with strong implementation capabilities.

Through collaboration with over 750 diverse supplier partners, we provide end-to-end support, from material development and compounding to molding, quality evaluation, and implementation support. We are building a circular value chain that not only produces materials but also ensures their successful implementation in society.

TBM's Circular Value Chain

Joint development of a quality assurance scheme to overcome barriers to the adoption of recycled material.

Based on an MOU with the analytical specialist company Clearise, we are promoting the joint development of a chemical substance management and quality assurance scheme for PCR-recycled material. We are working to eliminate the "lack of transparency in chemical substance management," which has been a major obstacle to adoption until now, and to create an environment in which recycled material can be used with confidence even in high-end markets such as the automotive industry, where stringent safety standards are required.

World Map

Domestic

Tohoku LIMEX factory
Our core production facility for in-house materials (Tagajo, Miyagi Prefecture). We have accumulated advanced manufacturing expertise and established our own production standards for fabless manufacturing both domestically and internationally.
Yokosuka Circular Factory
Our own large-scale recycling plant. It is the cornerstone of material circulation, handling everything from receiving waste plastics to producing high-performance recycled material.
Domestic fabless production partners
We have established business partnerships with numerous leading domestic bag manufacturers, molding manufacturers, and other partner factories. Leveraging this network, we have a rapid production system that supports the introduction and distribution of our products to over 10,000 companies in the market.

Asia

TBM VN
As a production and supply hub in Southeast Asia, we supply our own materials to local molding manufacturers and oversee contract manufacturing (EMS) for products destined for Japan and the global market.
Teng Bimeng (Shanghai) International Trade
We are strengthening our sales network not only within China but also in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, enabling a rapid supply and logistics network by shortening customs clearance lead times.
Fabless production partners
We provide contract manufacturing services (EMS) for products such as shopping baskets used by Big C, a major retailer in Thailand, and snack packaging film for LIWAYWAY, a major confectionery manufacturer in Vietnam.
Vietnam CCU Plant [Planned]
We have signed a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Vietnam's state-owned thermal power plant subsidiaries (VAPCO, etc.). We are planning a large-scale plant that will fix CO₂ from exhaust gases and industrial waste to produce CCU materials.

Europe and the Middle East

Fabless production partners
We collaborate with local distributors and leading molding manufacturers. Our materials have been adopted for cosmetic containers by the global luxury brand LVMH Group (KENDO), and we have built a sophisticated product production and procurement network for the European and American markets.
Saudi Arabia manufacturing plant [planned]
A basic agreement has been reached between the Saudi National Industrial Cluster Planning Authority (NICDP), JGC Corporation, and the Saudi Arabian National Industrial Cluster Planning Authority. A feasibility study (FS) is currently underway to establish a local manufacturing plant utilizing the country's abundant limestone resources.

North America

Fabless production partners
We maintain strong ties with leading suppliers and local partner companies that have a strong presence in the North American supply chain. We globally develop and manufacture environmentally friendly products that respond promptly to market needs.
Market development underway [Preparation]
To further expand our market share in North America and Central and South America, we are currently in negotiations with leading local companies, including those in the automotive industry, and are preparing to build supply chains in Mexico and other regions.
