CCU Product

CCU Product is a building material product that utilizes CCU technology to recover and reuse CO₂ derived from factory emissions. By stably absorbing and fixing CO₂ within the product itself, it reduces CO₂ emissions and contributes to carbon neutrality. Furthermore, it is possible to combine recycled plastics with the resin portion used in compounding and mixing, significantly contributing to companies' Decarbonization management and reduction of environmental impact. In addition to its environmental value, it also achieves excellent practical performance such as moldability with existing equipment, durability, and design. We will expand its adoption in high value-added markets, including building materials such as interior and exterior materials.

CirculeX

CirculeX is a high-performance recycled material developed through proprietary compounding and kneading technologies, utilizing post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic packaging and containers from households as its raw material. It fundamentally resolves the issues of property degradation and odor associated with conventional PCR materials, achieving greater strength (flexural and impact strength) than virgin plastics and reducing odor by approximately 40% compared to conventional materials. Because it can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to approximately 61% compared to virgin plastics, it significantly contributes to the growing global demand for plastic resource circulation and decarbonization. Furthermore, it offers various grade options tailored to specific needs, such as "High Strength + Low Odor," "High Strength," and "Low Odor." This versatility allows it to serve as an alternative to virgin and PIR (post-industrial recycled) materials across a wide range of applications. These range from indoor uses where PCR materials have traditionally been avoided—such as furniture, home appliances, and automotive interiors—to construction and logistics materials that demand high durability.

    LIMEX

LIMEX is an environmentally friendly material containing over 50% inorganic materials such as calcium carbonate (limestone), serving as an alternative to plastic. Compared to petroleum-based plastics, it can reduce the amount of petroleum-based plastics used and the CO₂ emissions generated throughout the product lifecycle. Limestone, the raw material, is an abundant resource that Japan, despite its limited resources, can achieve almost 100% self-sufficiency in. Replacing some petroleum-based plastics with limestone not only reduces the environmental impact of the material but also improves stable supply and price stability. In addition to production at our own domestic factories, LIMEX can be produced on an OEM basis through a fabless model in collaboration with domestic and international partners. Due to its low barrier to entry, as it can be manufactured using existing molding and printing machines, it is now used by over 10,000 companies and local governments in product applications such as bags, containers and packaging, building materials, non-woven fabric, printed materials, and promotional materials.
