Concluded basic agreement on LIMEX business in Henan Province, China with TBM, Yuzi, ITOCHU, and XinJin

We are Xinjin Investment Holding Limited, a cross-border investment platform established by Zhongyuan Yuzi Investment Holding Group Co. Ltd., a provincial fund and social investment leader in Henan Province, ITOCHU Corporation, and China CITIC Group. has concluded a basic agreement with LIMEX for the business development of LIMEX in the Henan region of China.

Based on this basic agreement, we will proceed with a feasibility study of the LIMEX business in Henan Province, and at the same time, we will consider setting up a LIMEX manufacturing plant and an industrial park in Henan Province, and upgrade LIMEX products with a view to expanding throughout China. We aim to build an advanced circular economy through cycles. Taking this opportunity, TBM will accelerate the global expansion of the LIMEX business.
