Adopted "CirculeX garbage bags" made from recycled plastic at Tokyo Dome City

-Aiming to realize a circular economy through mechanical recycling at leisure facilities-

TBM Co., Ltd., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Nobuyoshi Yamasaki; hereinafter referred to as TBM) is pleased to announce that its "CirculeX garbage bags," made from used PET bottle caps and stretch film, have been adopted for use within Tokyo Dome City, operated by Tokyo Dome Corporation (Head office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tsutomu Nagaoka; hereinafter referred to as Tokyo Dome).

CirculeX garbage bags are made from domestically used stretch film and PET bottle caps, minimizing the use of virgin plastic. By manufacturing them domestically rather than overseas, they can reduce CO2 emissions compared to overseas products that do not use recycled material. The PET bottle caps used to make CirculeX garbage bags will be collected from PET bottle cap collection boxes installed at Tokyo Dome City. Going forward, TBM and Tokyo Dome will work together to achieve a circular economy through mechanical recycling at leisure facilities.

Tokyo Dome City collects PET bottle caps, which are raw materials for "Dinosaur Eco Medals"

At Tokyo Dome City's "Jurassic Valley" (location: Hi!EVERYVALLEY), where CircleX garbage bags are used at the venue, a dinosaur-themed workshop is being held. At the workshop, CircleX's "Dinosaur Eco Medal" made from collected PET bottle caps and LIMEX's "Dinosaur Eco Visor" made from limestone are sold as a set (300 yen). In addition, "Jurassic Valley" collects PET bottle caps during the period.
