TBM, Ligua, and Green Holding Sport have signed a memorandum of understanding to expand the "Dr.Supporter" product line in the Vietnamese market.

~Utilizing existing business networks, TBM is responsible for supporting Ligua's overseas expansion and managing transportation.~

TBM Co., Ltd., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Atsuyoshi Nobuyoshi; hereinafter referred to as TBM), major healthcare company Ligua Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Norihiko Kawase; hereinafter referred to as Ligua), and major Vietnamese distributor CÔNG TY CP TẬP ĐOÀN XNK THƯƠNG MẠI & MÔI TRƯỜNG GREEN HOLDING – THỜI TRANG QUỐC TẾ (Headquarters: Hanoi, Vietnam; Representative Director: TRỊNH ĐỨC TÂM; hereinafter referred to as GREEN HOLDING SPORT) signed a memorandum of understanding on May 21, 2026, for the joint promotion and sales development of "Dr.Supporter" products in the Vietnamese market.

Based on this memorandum of understanding, the three companies will promote Ligua's "Dr.Supporter" products, primarily in the sporting goods market, utilizing GREEN HOLDING SPORT's sales and distribution network within Vietnam. TBM will be responsible for supporting Ligua's overseas expansion and managing the transportation of goods.

　

■ What is Dr.Supporter?

"Dr.Supporter" is a healthcare brand that incorporates IFMC. (Ifmic), a functional mineral derived from hot springs, into its fabrics. Focusing on support products that assist with everyday movements, it is used in chiropractic clinics and other facilities nationwide as a high-quality product that supports daily body care and maintains performance during sports. Since its launch in July 2021, the number of stores carrying its products has exceeded 2,000.

　

■ What is IFMC. (Integrated Functional Mineral Crystal)?

IFMC (Integrated Functional Mineral Crystal) is a nanometer-level fine mineral crystal developed by Teikoku Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., inspired by hot spring therapy. It is used by many athletes, including professional sports players, and is widely adopted in products aimed at supporting daily performance.

Furthermore, IFMC. has been the subject of academic research showing a relationship with blood nitric oxide, and has obtained a patent (No. 6557442). Nitric oxide (NO) is known to be involved in blood flow regulation through vasodilation and to play an important role in maintaining vascular function, and is attracting attention in the medical and health fields worldwide.

This initiative is the first concrete collaborative project based on the capital and business alliance (including TBM's investment in Ligua) concluded between Ligua and TBM.

　

■ Background of entering the Vietnamese market

In recent years, the Vietnamese market has seen a significant increase in health consciousness and participation in sports, leading to a growing demand for high-quality Japanese healthcare and sports-related products. Against this backdrop, in order to maximize the synergies of the capital and business alliance between the two companies, we have decided to expand the overseas market for Ligua's flagship product, "Dr.Supporter."

・TBM

Supporting Ligua's overseas expansion, including negotiations with GREEN HOLDING SPORT and research into various local regulations, as well as managing the import, export, and transportation of "Dr.Supporter" from Japan to Vietnam.

　

・Ligua

Development and supply of "Dr.Supporter" products, including sports supporters treated with IFMC. (Ifmic) processing.

　

・GREEN HOLDING SPORT

A local sales agent developed through TBM's network. Leveraging its extensive experience as an agent for major Japanese sports brands and its strong sales network within Vietnam, it sells products to local consumers.

　

■ Future developments

Currently, based on the MOU signed between the three companies, we are working on establishing a sales system, formulating a marketing strategy, and confirming local permits and licenses. We plan to begin general sales in Vietnam this fiscal year.

TBM, Ligua, and GREEN HOLDING SPORT will continue to accelerate the global expansion of the "Dr.Supporter" brand through a strong partnership based on their capital and business alliance, contributing to the health and well-being of people around the world.
