TBM Supplier Code of Conduct
TBM regards our suppliers as important and equal partners. Based on mutual trust and collaboration, we aim to build transparent and enduring relationships while contributing together to the realization of a sustainable society. We recognize the importance of addressing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues throughout the supply chain and conduct procurement activities in accordance with TBM Procurement Policy . To implement this commitment, we have established this TBM Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines the principles we expect our suppliers to uphold. We hope that our suppliers will not only adopt internal measures to comply with this code of conduct but also actively engage in promoting sustainability within their own supply chains. Furthermore, should any issues arise in relation to this code of conduct, we are committed to collaborating closely with our suppliers to resolve the issues together
