- Bio LIMEX Bag
"Bio LIMEX Bag", which uses limestone and plant-derived resin as the main raw material, is adopted as a shopping bag at Haneda Airport.

We are pleased to announce that our "Bio LIMEX Bag," made from limestone and plant-derived resin, has been adopted for the shopping bags used at stores in Haneda Airport operated by Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd.
This marks the first time that the Bio LIMEX Bag has been introduced at a domestic airport. Compared to conventional plastic bags, the Bio LIMEX Bag has high environmental performance, significantly reducing the amount of petroleum-based plastics used and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, and will be gradually introduced at Haneda Airport from March 29, 2020. Taking advantage of this adoption, TBM will also propose switching plastic items and paper promotional tools used within the airport to LIMEX products, and will also discuss and consider material circulation initiatives through upcycling of LIMEX.
