■ Comments from the newly appointed executive officer
・Seigo Nakajima (Senior Executive Officer, CFO, General Manager of the Management Division)
"Since joining the company in 2022, I have mainly been in charge of the fundraising department, but I am now taking on the responsibility of the Corporate Department and the Accounting and Finance Department, which is a humbling experience. TBM operates with the support and expectations of many stakeholders, and I believe it is our duty to achieve steady growth in order to meet these expectations. Personally, I would like to contribute to extraordinary growth by strengthening the defensive foundation of the organization while also taking on the offensive part of the financing necessary for the business."

TBM was founded by our CEO, Yamazaki, with the determination to build a company that would bridge the gap between generations and continue to take on challenges for hundreds of years. TBM is committed to decarbonization and material circulation, and continues to take on global challenges with Japanese technology, systems, and values. At the Davos Conference we attended in January this year, we received high expectations from around the world, which once again convinced us that we are on the right path and made us keenly aware of the great responsibility we have to meet those expectations. We will achieve growth for TBM while cherishing gratitude and humility toward our stakeholders."
