Career

Career

After joining Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd., he was in charge of new business development at the Production Service Sales Headquarters. Yorinobu Takamatsu

Career

After graduating from Waseda Graduate School, engaged in research and development of polymer technology at 3M Japan Co., Ltd., and took the position of Senior Specialist (Technical Ladder). Engaged in the research and development of molecular design and polymerization technology for adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesives, mainly acrylic polymers, and their application to manufacturing technology. We have applied for 108 patents in Japan (54 international applications), acquired 43 patents, launched various products, and contributed to annual sales of about 20 billion yen. Joined TBM in 2021. At the Technology Center, which is the basis of TBM's technology, he is involved in general material development work, such as the development of compound materials suitable for various uses of LIMEX and CircleX, the addition of functionality, and the development of new products.

Eiji Mizuno

Career

After graduating from Shinshu University, joined Sumitomo 3M Co., Ltd. (now 3M Japan Co., Ltd.). Experienced in manufacturing technology, product development, Six Sigma Black Belt, marketing, business planning, and overseas sales. He has managed many projects, especially in the upstream processes such as business start-up and product development. Since 2016, he has been stationed in Singapore and has been active in cross-country business as a manager of Nikkei corporate business in six Southeast Asian countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Singapore). In 2018, he joined TBM as the general manager of the development division and created a platform for plastic alternative. Concurrently serves as General Manager of the Production Headquarters, and hands off the establishment of SCM and quality assurance organizations. From November 2022, he will work to realize the TBM Pledge at the Next Generation Business Promotion Office.

Tokuro Hatori

Career

Ever since he was a student at Keio University, he has been interested in the connection between the natural environment and people's lives, and has studied environmental law and development law. He majored in environmental management at the University of Queensland (Australia), where he studied abroad. After graduation, engaged in sustainability consulting at PwC Japan. We support the development of sustainability promotion systems for clients in a wide range of industries, mainly in the areas of ESG investment and sustainable supply chains. In 2018, he joined TBM as the first sustainability specialist. We will work on setting targets for 2030, product life cycle assessment, conversion to renewable energy, and information disclosure to ESG evaluation organizations such as CDP. Career

In graduate school, he engaged in research activities related to inorganic/organic composite materials, and after graduating, joined Mitsubishi Research Institute. As a consultant, he has been involved in the formulation of marketing strategies for telecommunications carriers and the planning and implementation of new businesses centered on the client's intellectual property. Joined TBM in 2016. In addition to promoting the construction of the Tagajo Factory as a project manager, he contributed to the construction of a production management system such as the production planning process at the company's factory, and the construction of a quality assurance system. Career

His title at TBM is “Omi Merchant”, based on the idea of three-way good (good for the seller, good for the buyer, good for the world), embodying the TBM Compass and working to expand the mechanical recycling market.

Takuya Sugiyama

Career

After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering, the University of Tokyo, joined Accenture Corporation's strategy group. Acted as senior manager for the consumer goods industry. Focusing on top-line improvement support, he is in charge of company-wide growth strategy, new business, new product development, sales & marketing strategy, and digital strategy. Joined TBM in 2018. Involved in the development of new applications for LIMEX, pioneering the first project for products such as the LIMEX Bag. Born in Heilongjiang, China. Lived in Miyagi Prefecture since the age of 15. After working at a metal processing manufacturer, he joined TBM in 2014 with the desire to leave a rich natural environment for children. As a start-up member of the Shiroishi Factory, the first factory in Japan, I was involved in literally starting from scratch, from the maintenance of the factory site overgrown with grass to the introduction of equipment and test production. A person who knows more than anyone the difficult path to the current stable production. In 2022, he assumed the post of factory manager. His motto is "maintaining the status quo is the greatest risk".

Career

After graduating from Tohoku University Graduate School, engaged in research and development of glass melting process at Asahi Glass Co., Ltd. (currently AGC Co., Ltd.). We have developed and designed an energy-saving mass-production glass melting furnace that significantly reduces the energy consumption rate. Joined Toray Industries, Inc. in 2014. As an equipment development engineer for resin film deposition equipment, he contributes to improving the competitiveness of manufacturing equipment with his unique technology. Joined TBM in 2019. Completed the construction work as the construction site leader of the Tagajo Plant. As the factory manager of the LIMEX mass production factory, I will do my best to spread LIMEX around the world.

Career

In 2010, he joined PLACES Co., Ltd. Experienced in a wide range of operations, including automobile parts manufacturing, production technology, sales, and quality assurance. Career

Majored in organic chemistry at graduate school. Engaged mainly in the development of sporting goods such as golf balls at Bridgestone Sports and guts for tennis and badminton at Yonex, and experienced molding technology development, new production method development, evaluation method development, etc. in the development of products using plastic materials. . Became interested in material development and joined TBM in 2016, which has its own factory and is challenging new material development. While living in two locations, one in Miyagi prefecture where our own factory is located, and one in Tokyo, we worked hard on development and expanded the lineup of LIMEX Sheet.
